You have a 2-hour window after confirmation to cancel or modify your order by contacting us at lauzadesign@gmail.com. After this period, production begins and the order can no longer be modified.
Yes, a confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 5 minutes. If the problem persists, contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
Our lead times are divided into two stages: 3 to 5 business days for production (each item is printed on demand), then 2 to 4 business days for delivery within Canada. Estimated total: 5 to 9 business days.
Yes! Standard shipping is free for all orders of $75 CAD or more in Canada. For smaller orders, weight-based charges apply.
Currently, we only deliver to Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery areas — stay tuned to our Instagram for announcements!
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery on the Canada Post website or with the indicated carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return an item. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable.
Email us at lauzadesign@gmail.com stating your order number, the item concerned and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions within 48 hours.
Once the package has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
Products & Sizes
A detailed size guide is available on each product page. If in doubt between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort.
Wash your garments inside out in cold water (max 30 °C) and avoid high heat tumble drying. Mugs are dishwasher safe on the top rack only.
We do our best to ensure the photos are true to reality. Slight variations may exist depending on your screen. Do not hesitate to contact us before ordering.
Printing & Customization
Each Lauza item is printed only after your order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs, limit waste, and be 100% eco-friendly.

Yes! Our designs are created in Quebec and printed by our certified local partners. We are proud to contribute to the local economy.
